Goby Summer Part Three! We are talking about one of my favorite things…


I have seen dramatic results in my mental health journey when I am intentional about being thankful. I know. It may not sound like much to you, but I promise having a spirit of thankfulness does change my perspective. In other words, I know it works!

For Goby Summer, we created a new Thankful List. Download a copy for every person in your family. Spend time writing out ten things you are thankful for. Don’t worry; spelling and neatness don’t count. And if your little ones aren’t writing just yet, let them draw pictures of the things they are thankful for.

We would love to see your completed lists on our social sites! When we share, we encourage one another, and that helps others along the way!
