Once you download and print the pdf, you will need to make a plan to complete it!


  1. Quiet Time to Complete

Decide to sit together and complete this download. You may not be able to complete it in one sitting-but take your time with it. Be honest with yourself. Be honest with the person you are completing this with if you aren’t doing it alone.

      2. Revisit Your Questions Sheet

After you complete it, set a reminder on your calendar to check in with each other-maybe once a quarter to see how you are doing.  It’s important to keep your goals in front of you. You will be able to meet your goals at the end of 2022, but you need to revisit your sheet regularly.

      3. Make a Date

Set a date during the last week of 2022 to review your sheet. It may seem silly to set a date on your calendar now for an appointment that won’t even happen until the last week of the year when we haven’t even started 2022! But you know how it goes! It will be here before you know it!
