We'd like to invite you to be a goby.

Goby exists to Change the awareness, perception and wellness for those dealing with mental health issues. We believe in empowering a global audience through Jesus led mental health resources, coaching and community.

My name is Toby, and for most of my life, I misunderstood what the end goal should be in my battle for mental health. Maybe you are looking to connect with someone who gets it. My prayer is that you will find what you are looking for and hopefully much more. This is a community of imperfect people helping each other along the way.

Two-thirds of kids ages 7-15 have clinically significant symptoms of anxiety and depression post pandemic.

Our mental health journey starts with this younger generation. Toby The Goby is the first step.

The message of the goby fish is that powerful change is possible in the middle of life’s most difficult moments. Toby the Goby was created for families to be used as a resource for starting healthy conversations regarding mental wellness.
